We’ve filled the blank space in the November Edition, so now it’s time to show you incredible things 😉

Starting off the talk with events from the Malaysian Chess Federation! 🇲🇾

There is the 1st National Seniors Chess Championship in KL from 7th to 9th, and the National Rapid & Blitz Chess Championship in KL Gateway Mall from 17th to 19th Nov. In December, there is the Eastern Asia Juniors & Girls Chess Championship in Kota Kinabalu from 1st to 9th Dec & the newly released National Interstate Chess Championship 2023 from 11th to 14th December 2023 at UITM, Perlis.

Next, it’s time to grab your passport for the International events in December!

There’s the Jaffna International Chess Championship 2023 from 8th to 12th in Sri Lanka 🇱🇰 with a total prize fund of LKR 2.4 Million = USD 7300, it’ll leave you breathless! Next an all too well event by the Asian Chess Federation - Asian Youth Chess Championship from 12th to 22nd at Danat Al Ain Resort, UAE 🇦🇪 Then, we have the Penang Chess Festival 2023 from 17th - 24th at St. Xavier's Institution, Penang 🇲🇾 visiting Malaysia is always good for a weekend! And lastly, there’s the Hong Kong International Open from 23rd - 29th at Kowloon 🇭🇰

Ok, we’re not running out of style just yet!

Here are some rapid events for those who don’t wanna play a long game. In Thailand, there’s the 4th Ekkamai International Rapid on 26th November at Gateway Ekamai, Bangkok 🇹🇭 Then in Malaysia, there are multiple age group tournaments, among them is the 4th Edition 3Damansara Mall on 11th - 12th November, GM Klang Student Chess Tournament on 16th December, and 2nd CHKL Open Chess Tournament on 24th December in KL 🇲🇾
